Popular Post meehalych Posted June 6 Popular Post Share Posted June 6 Two days ago I went out to a field that was being plowed (the rest part of it had been already seeded, so no chance to metal detect there before the fall). My first find was a coin of early USSR time in a poor condition, lot of trash afterwards (buttons and trade seals included) and finally, having changed my track (I tend to walk along a straight line from one end to another) I came upon ID 77 (guess it was around that). I didn't expect much frankly, but was really surprise with outcome) (ID77 typically means aluminum wires or shells here) The ring bears no assay, but the name of a previous owner (guess he was german so the ring can be dated to the times of the second world war or, which is probable, between 1800 and 1900 - the area, where it was found used to be inhabited by german colonists since 1810).
