I certainly don’t know how old it is.  Because I like old & odd bottle openers, I spent time looking for it.  It may very well be 1930-50s.  Manufacturers may have casted the same design for decades.  There’s some modern versions like the one I posted.  It was the closest match.

I primarily use the Manticore now to find my coins and jewelry at the beach.  I've posted in those forums but also in the Manticore sub-forum.  Sometimes I have posted in the main forum of DP so people can find content.

I don't know where is best.  We have to check in more places now.
