  • The title was changed to Sand Scoop For Air Travel?

Pictured is my stainless scoop that I travel with. While visiting Sarasota FL this years I did see vendors selling scoops for sea shells. You are not going to be doing any serious digging but I’m sure they will work for dry sand sifting.

Collapsible scoops that are actually good DoradoD ? Yes but order online from forum recommendations.

If there was a good scoop sold for cheap at a tourist destination , they would be sold out.  Cheap stuff ? yes but good stuff not so much.

Now with that said good finds for free is always possible at a tourist destination beach ! 😉

Good luck on a scoop and the finds.

I like the travel scoop pictured by Matt4gold, where can I buy one? Thanks

Depends on who makes that scoop, @Matt4gold will have to tell us the brand and vendor.

Borderline Engineering has made those since the 80s. I've used many of them. Go to that website and he has a whole list of offerings. Super cool guy in LA.

I use the Quest Scoopal with the travel handle. Pretty robust. Can get on Amazon or I think from Serious Detecting.
