Those of us blessed to be living in the Golden Triangle shouldn't be watching the price graph, Reg.

We should be out there digging the stuff up like there's no tomorrow!

Yep, Central Banks have been aggressively buying gold since 2019.  The dollar has been loosing strength and global debt is at an all time high.  Trying to print their way out of this mess is no longer working.  A global financial RESET is on its way IMO, maybe for real this time. 

Silver is the one to watch and maybe even a better investment than gold since it has dual purpose as a precious metal and industrial uses.

Yes ..gold crossed the 4000 dollar mark,,..I follow it every day...that's a cruel reality...but silver also increased its value adequately..with a year-on-year growth of over 50%..

Maybe promissory notes are on the nose and we are going back to something solid? Break out the scales. I once bought a Porsche from a dealership using a bag of gold. I still like those cars. They are habit forming.
