Hello everyone I have followed this forum for many years now and have recently retired and feel that I have time to be more involved with you guys. I live in Paulden AZ and do most of my prospecting in the Big Bug Creek area, I enjoy using my metal detector to search for gold. I hope to one day travel to Australia to hunt for gold. I currently use a gpx6000 and think it’s a wonderful machine,I also have a gpz7000 and have found a fair amount of gold with it also. I also am part of a gold prospecting club in our area called Big Bug Mining district I am currently the treasurer and love to help new prospector! I love all the new information I find here and look forward to more communications

I think Mike Furness lived near Paulden.  You must see Chris Gholson on occasion, right?

Did you know that Chris and Rob are cousins? The last time I seen Chris when he had a outing on the hill above Stanton near Rich Hill and Big John ( JP ) was there from Australia.

I met Chris there one time near the end of all of those 'events' as people were complaining about the previous outings there.
