Both would be a mid tone in Disc or Mixed mode, TID 1-15.  High tone runs TID 16-30,  Iron low tone runs -30 to 0.

 It would be tough to hear a difference in All Metal but the pull tab could have some tells as it is not as compact or round like a coin.
