If any of you with the more modern Tesoros are missing the battery cover and have access to a 3d printer, I designed this replacement free to download and 3d print here : https://makerworld.com/en/models/2109237-tesoro-metal-detector-replacement-battery-cover#profileId-2281756 its a fast easy print just use PETG, ASA ABS or something that can handle the elements. I see many lose them and hoping this helps people out.

Im learning a few softwares for design blender, fusion, nomad sculpt.. but this was done with simple Tinkercad

TinkerCAD is so easy- I use it a lot as well and  it was the beginning CAD program I introduced my students to in my tech classes in middle school.  It also has a really good mechanical engineering and electronics design and simulation tool.  Fusion I’ve tried but not Nomad Sculpt- will have to check it out.  Thanks!
