Christmas Eve Find

Going over a stretch of ground near some football bleachers at a township park.   Hit a shallow target hitting +16 to +18.   No more than 3" deep    Wouldn't you know, A small Cladda silver ring.  Little bent up.   I knew right away where it was going.  Neighbors little girl about 7.  So after I straighted it out some and polished it. Called up her mother ( Irish decent ) she said her daughter would be thrilled.   Seeing the little girls face light up wss enough for me.    Park has been well worked over so went to a grade school. Had a good clad hunt.    So for the day silver ring $4.09 .     Hunting with the Bigfoot in Disc mode

Yeah, ground hard as rock, snow finally melted, now waiting for another 8" tonight.    Like about 75% of the Country, snow or ice is a coming.      In my spare time ,updated tv cables and boxes, thawed out kitchen sink hot water. pipe, did the hop, skip and jump on a patch of black ice.   (didn't fall).  Wife and I visited a few establishments last few days, just to get out.    Waxed the Tar up and sharpened up it's coils ( better to cut through the trash ).  Oh the TV job wasn't so bad, only ate one bottle of aspirin, pulled out most of my hair , and hid from my wife so she couldn't see me crying.      The out come came when she grabbed the remote ,said let me try this.     Fixed it just in time for the Weather.    Retirement

 But Dancer they call these the golden years. Just think if it had not been for bad luck you wouldn’t had no luck at all.
