I know this is a new unit out,  it just wondering if anyone actually used it for prospecting?

I have seen Chris’s videos, but there’s not actual usage prospecting so looking for others who have put this to work.  I know what can be expected from a $299 detector but, still would like to hear from someone who might know. Thanks.

I have one and have used it only a few hours in the gold field. Take a few items and make a test bed with a small piece of lead bird shot and different coins, etc. Run it and see what the different setting do.

How did it do for you in general?   I am just looking for a simple gold detector for more or less occasional use and just fun.

It worked just fine. I didn't find any nuggets but it seemed to find some very small non-ferrous objects. The Goldmaster 24k is a better detector. If you haven't bought the Gold Bug Tracker, I would save my money for gas.
