I'm curious about this one too.  But I've learned with nokta lately, it's not safe to hold your breath 🫠

Plenty of scoop room on that 5" coil for target recovery.

Unfortunately, it looks to have a carbon fiber lower shaft, big mistake right out of the gate if this is the case.

The Manticore style coil ears have really taken off.

No video.

So, VLF or long awaited Pulse.?

This is the VLF, they're doing both.

I hope Nokta realise that without a type of ground noise filter, the Goldex+ wont be a big seller in the West. The Gold Monster 2000 has set a new benchmark that they will have to emulate.

I use a Nokta Gold Kruzer.  It has a carbon fiber lower and there’s no problem at 61 Kh.  I suppose if I took the lower rod off and wiggled it around by the coil I could then declare a problem but I don’t do that as my normal operation.  It will detect a ridiculously small speck of gold while operating smoothly in highly mineralized ground.  I would think that the designers would have found a problem long ago if one existed. Please explain the problem Phrunt so I can wrap my head around the problem that I can’t find.  Yes I know it’s a weak conductor but again it doesn’t affect its operation.  I don’t use a floppy coil either.  So what would I gain by changing it out for plastic, fiberglass, wood or whatever?  I’m genuinely curious…

I suspect we will see this receive filtering technology soon again with Minelab leading the charge. The main thing I do not like about cell phone style digital detectors on a stick is the glitchiness, once they get it down pat, and some depth to it, I suspect we will see this tech on a coin/jewelry machine and much smoother operation.
