...I cancelled the order for Legend -2 on January 29th.The money was returned to me by the store in Paris...... And before that, on February 26, I received a reply from the Nokta -2 factory from Turkey, where they replied that they did not know the exact release date of this model, but said that somewhere. in February, it will be available for sale to distributors.....

They say every time that it will be released soon....

Well, this time it went on sale in America on January 30th. It turned out that the Nokta factory fulfilled its promise... Tired of waiting for them, I went and bought myself a Minelab Manticore with coils 9 and 11 for 1,900 euros

.Everything is simple. Now I do not regret that I bought a Manticore...

I watched the blogger today on YouTube, who advertised and talked about the settings, and praised the build quality and material of the Legend -2 chassis...

You made a really good choice buying the Minelab Manticore.  Its ability to latch onto target signals is phenomenal, as it really stops you in your tracks.  Good luck with your new detector!

DO NOT USE QUOTES IF THE QUOTES WILL BE IN ANYTHING BUT ENGLISH

Thank you.

I looked at it for a long time, listened, read information on all the formulas about Manticore, after all the information that I processed in my head, I decided to spend money on it. This is the fourth metal detector in my collection. While I'm studying the programs, settings, for certain territories of soils- the earth, on this metal detector -Manticore.. I think in two or three months, I'll fully MASTER it according to the settings.....(in France, search engines with metal detectors have been out of the ground for almost twenty-five years, it's hard to find anything valuable. About 200,000 people with metal detectors alone are registered in France with us. We've already got to scuba diving search..... Well, that's just me, in addition.)))

The Manticore has a reputation of winkling out finds in cleaned out areas, so I’m sure you’ll do really well with it!  Have you ever come across a YouTube channel called Minelab Slow n low extreme detecting?  He has some really good videos on how to use the Manticore to search cleared out areas to find the stuff others have missed.  His channel is definitely worth a look, as he does live digs, which prove his extreme techniques really work.   Happy Hunting!

Great advice, Guinea1. 👍

While you're at it, check out Neil Jones' "Freestyle" program, if you're going to be land hunting. It has worked extremely well for me.

Had my Manticore for over 2 yrs and it is a fine machine.  My coils include M8, M11 and M15.  My past detectors have included Excal II, CTX3030 and Equinox 800 (4 of them).  Just be warned that it detects very very small targets.  In fact, my Garrett Carrot pointer won't even detect some of the smallest targets detected by the Manti. My custom program de emphasizes (lower tone and volume) VIDs from 0-9, reflecting very small targets with low probability (about 1:100) of being a gold ring, my main emphasis.

I'm not sure if the Dankowski ferrous line of "4 down from the top" and no disc is missing anything, I found this ring (14k white gold) that was a 10:

And that's a "10" in my book 😏

This is Neil Jones latest video (Minelab Slow n low extreme detecting) The video shows him detecting a field with his Minelab Manticore, which has been detected on for over 30 years by group digs. And although he doesn’t find anything spectacular, he still manages to find some non-ferrous signals which have the potential to be something really special. So, if you haven’t checked out his channel yet, you’ll find some really good tips on how to get the most out of the manticore, especially on worked out sites.
