Prospectre Plug Is Incompatible With E1500

I'm facing a frustrating problem. Does the coil manufacturer in the UAE conduct on-site testing of the connector wiring? The motherboard I bought can't be plugged into my E1500's connector. Please, manufacturer, provide a response. Thank you! I'm in faraway China!

Its a 5 pin plug, so it should be no problem. All coils they build are pre-tested on an E1500 in their workshop before being packaged.

Are you sure one of the metal clips inside the plug isn't bent? You can poke a small screwdriver or something in there to stretch them back out if they've been bent inwards.

I bought the coil a while ago, but it's too cold to go out. Now that I'm out, I find it won't plug into the E1500's main unit. I've tried many times, but it still doesn't work. The aviation connector seems a bit small; it just won't connect.

That's weird if they used a wrong size plug end, warranty replacement I would think but a mistake I don't understand how could happen.  When I queried them about E1500 calibration they assured me they tested each coil they made on an E1500 to ensure it calibrates in ultra-fine.
