That’s the theory. That’s the sales pitch for sure. But is it the reality
No it's a fact from my own personal experience

I was back in the day it's old hat now on no where as good as the D1

No it's not but magical but it has advantages on certain ground, comparing the Apex to the D2 is like comparing Lada to a Rolls Royce
4 hours ago, Steve Herschbach said:Long story short, it’s possible for multi to be the answer people need, but there are plenty of multi machines that have not risen to that level, and it’s far from proven yet that the Deus 2 will be one of them. I’m actually pretty optimistic, but that and a dollar won’t get a cup of coffee these days.
I have enough experience to know a good machine when i use one and i have now spent enough time with the D2 to confirm it has risen to the next level, no i am not a tester and i did not get a free machine.

MF is a big advantage inland for coin/relic hunters like myself your not second guessing what KHz to set your machine, you can put it in a 24/4 40/4KHz program and walk the fields without the worry your missing small/deep targets,
I am working Roman/medieval sites and it's performing very very well around iron in MF modes,
Waterproof is a big advantage for me i am always tweaking on the fly to keep the machine stable i like to run my machines hot with the D1 i have to pocket the control unit in the rain,
When i go on holiday i like to have a few hours a day on the beach at the end of the day it's a great allrounder that suites everyone's needs.

I was looking for a way to protect the WS6 and came up with this cheap fix.
-
The main issue i have found the MI6 has now glitched on four occasions it still remains paired but does not connect you have to unpair it then pair it to get it working.

The loader can be found here 0,06 is the latest firmware at the moment.

I might just be the unlucky one, but I might not have noticed the other plastic shavings if it wasn't for those few big ones. There are about 15 more of them, most very tiny. Several are on the screen protector layer and make bubbles in it, I guess I could get rid of those, but the big ones are deeper 😞
Send it back if your not happy it will be replaced, i did have one off my members say the same thing about the WS6 but it turned out to be under the plastic screen protector maybe this is the case here regardless it's only a matter of taking two screws out and giving it a blow if it's inside.

Hi Loren
I find this a little disturbing from your description. If possible could you post a pic showing this?
First i have heard of this issue it must be few and far between i have hundreds of users from around the world on my group and not one person has mentioned this.

It is still trying to cycle to show you what program you are in. I would rather the program remained hidden until a key is pressed.
You can not please everyone i guess if it was removed some people would complain and want it back, the main issue for me is how the machine performs and it performs well :-).

TID time out could be improved
The video shown earlier had some fault maybe a bad flash/bug, a better video of the display personally i have no issue with it i only use it to set the machine up then use my ears.

I was just answering your questions Steve with my opinion from my own experience,
The D2 is working very well on UK soil.
