Well at least I don't have to worry about making that decision, my D1 is too old for the update😆

I've been toying with the idea of a D2 since its launch.  I have heavily invested in my D1, 4 coils, 3 shafts, ws4 &5 headphones also a wired set, remote. But after reading this thread, maybe I'll treat myself to one for my retirement in January.  

Hi everyone and thanks for having me.  I'm Geoff from County Durham (Land of the Prince Bishops) in the UK.  I'm 65 years young and have been detecting for about 30 years.  I currently use a Deus1 as my main detector, but I also have a Minelab Excalibur 11 which to be honest does not get a lot of use now (Getting a little heavy for me now). Looking forward to getting to know you all and reading through all the posts and threads.
