Thanks Cascade Stevens, thats about the only infor i located as well so far for the Excelerator coils. Dean i have the black max for the 6.59 machines and thats correct they wont work on the MXT. But the 8 inch Excelerator is designed for the DFX and MXT. That's the one Im mostly trying to find info on. Its been 15 years since i bought it.

Getting back into the hobby with a couple new and old toys. Have a Whites classic III SL for decades, and recently picked a Whites MXT. Had an MXT years ago but sold it for other reasons back in the day. Still have my Excelerator 8" coil, the 6x10 DD that came with the MXT and an Excelerator 14' coil. Looking forward to future hunting.

I picked this coil up new from Kellyco i think about 15 years ago. Used it a little. Getting back into the hobby with a new to me MXT. I cant find much info about this particular coil. I have the 6x10 whites DD, and the 14 " Excelerator. curious if anyone has used the 8" Excelerator coil. I remember a great web page with all kinds info and diagrams how it worked back in the day. But thats all gone now. almost like this coil has been erased. Same with the 14 " DD Excelerator coil, hard to find info about it. I admit i could also be my research skills are lacking.
