  1. I do not need a cover anymore, found the original cover in the bottom of the carry bag.
  2. Anyone have a plastic 77b battery cover they want to part with. If so send a picture of it so I know if it will work on my 77B.
  3. Thanks, now all I have to do is find one, or fabricate one.
  4. Does the case have two holes where the knobs are pushed into. My case does not have any hole, just a square hole.
  5. Anyone know how the battery cover is attached to the side of the case on a 77B. I do not see any hole for screws, and the original cover is missing, so I need to fabricate a cover.
  6. Hi, I am new to this site. I have been metal detecting for coins and stuff since 1969. Started civil war relic hunting in 1980. Since my start in this hobby, I have used somewhere around 50 different detectors, and still own more than 12. My oldest now is a Compass 99B and my newest is the Minelab Equinox 900. I don't get out as much as I want to, but I have fun when I do. My oldest coin is a Scottish bawbee 1678.
  7. looks like it is dated 1700 to 1765, great find
