  1. I did but a great shovel 😂😂
  2. This metal has been my nemesis for decades. How do you experienced guys decipher aluminum so you can walk by. It’s almost always a strong signal forcing a dig. I can call American coins, iron or steel silver & copper with frequent regularity. However aluminum is always a struggle for me.
  3. Hello folks. I guess this new detector has some pretty clever features. Much different than my first one 30 years ago. So,…. Looking for guidance and advice. my first introduction to metal detectors was likely much different than most folks. I was given the job of bullet recovery in a coroners office. I’m going to go out on a limb here and say not many of you have metal detected dead people. I also used it to find recovered bullets from hunters and poachers. I’ve got well over 100 recovered bullets identified on a wooden board from every species and cartridge imaginable South Africa was a unique place to live. Shooting a bad guy is like America in the early 1800’s. It’s a fairly regular thing. Living on a farm and seeing poachers shot was not a once in a lifetime situation. My business partners parents were executed in their sleep in bed. The bad guys stole the safe. I immigrated back to America to escape the end of functional civilization there as I once knew it. America was a breath of fresh air! I spend my time fishing when the sea is happy and walking miles of snow white sand beaches with this metal detector when it’s not happy. This Manticore is pretty impressive and I’m not even close to fully grasping it’s true capability yet.
