Very nice Dave
hehe i would crush them if they were mine.. i know i am a shocker!
not everyone likes to crush their species
they are still rippers of nuggrocks
Hi Jen, yeah the other boys just smash theirs. But I like to see what they look like before I decide. Our jeweler mate normally does mine in acid, These bits I decided to have a play myself.

Hi Dave, How may I get a hard copy of both books here in New Zealand? I have heard too much good feedback about your first one & then knew you were working on the 2nd one so thought I would wait until the 2nd one was out & get them both. Are you able to post them to me direct & I pay you direct?. Cheers mate.
Good luck out there
JW
Hi JW, just did a quick search since replying to Fred, Barnes & Nobel, Book depository, Indigo, Booktopia, Wordery, the Nile, Fishpond to name a few, but yeah mate I can post direct if needed. Just not sure of postage costs to NZ.Cheers Dave.

I am guessing not available yet - keep an eye out here.
Hi Steve, yeah not quite ready for sale yet, but won't be to far off. Some detector shops in OZ have been selling the book with success, so any of you blokes in the good old USA that have detector shops and would like to do the same just flick me a pm. Cheers Dave.

Hi Steve and members, if this is not in the right section please move. Well my new novel Bush Redemption is now getting very close to print. The front and rear cover have been done, interior layout finalized, editing finished, just waiting on the first print copy to arrive before going into full print. It will also be a Ebook on the internet. Here is the front and rear cover, cheers Dave.

Hi Dave, I have been away for a week so just catching up with what has been going down. Bloody hell mate. That is bigger than my biggest ever bit of gold "18.75" grams. Now I have found a wee nugget or two or three but that 18 .75 grammer is my best & you go out for your first swing of 2017 & nail a 21 grammer. Good on you mate. I'm just green with envy (not really) you deserve all you get. Thanks for sharing. How's Tremains hand? Cheers.
Good luck out there (not that you need it) :)
JW :)
Hey JW, sorry for the late reply buddy, been abit busy that find , well yeah knew there had to be more , haven't even started to grid the joint yet. Tremain looks to have lost the mobility of 1 finger, but other than that all good

Thanks mate my comment about not being a big one is not from a ego trip or bragging in the least for the members that don't know me, as I am new on this forum. It is just a fact, that we find a hell of a lot more nuggets larger than that one. I'm just a average prospector, and we learn something new regularly about gold deposits we find. The new novel, yeah mate, hang onto to your hat there is not a dull moment Cheers Dave.

Nothing big ... come on now ... it is a matter of perspective! That is pretty b-i-g to ME.
Nice one for a start as you say.
Hi mn, I spose it all depends where and which part of the country you swing a detector. Don't get me wrong mate, I am happy with a double digit nugget for the first of the season

Hi strick, yep mate I agree with you mate. These are the scales we like to use. Pic 1 And when you run out of weights you need to improvise as us Queenslanders always have a few of these handy. Pic2 Sorry mate the pics are back the front.
