Now tell me which part of the world is Iran that is not within Nokta's service area

Nokta company introduces a person as a representative, while when I called that person, he said that it has nothing to do with us, buy from anyone, give the same person for warranty. This is a ridiculous and selfless warranty.

I have contacted Nokta for more than 5 days and discussed the issue with them, but I have not received any response from them.
