I am having the exact same problem with the larger stock coil for 900. Turn it on and chattering is an understatement. Machine is rendered useless and vdi running all the way up and down the scale. Adjusting settings is no help as recommended by other posters - worked on this in the field for 30min. I have not yet decided what to do. But using the 6" coil later today.

WINING! ok works! Threshold was at 25. Minus down to zero and magic! Also re read the instructions to understand this. Thank you so much! Was a bit of drama there for a minute! I hope this helps someone else in the future seems like could be a common goofup.

Hello group! I turn on 900 out of the box and hear a constant midtone in all modes. It seems to work i.e. I hear chirps etc, but always there's a constant tone on. I tried factory reset. No help. It's as if someone switched on a buzzer and the tone is just constant and on. I tried to post a video but it was too big. Ideas?
