I hate dry sand hunting though and reserve that as a last resort if the wet sand is absolutely hopeless.

sur l'or, le son est très fin et il s'étire a l'accroche et a la sorti / quand on passe la cible

sur l'alu c'est beaucoup plus brutal / quasi du on/off

on ne peux pas entendre la différence a l'air libre et avec un hp

et plus le sable est compact plus la différence est net..

+  ma dernière sortie, que du léger et une tissot qui fonctionne toujours

elle était encore a l'heure d'été  et dans du sable noir :))

The 8" coil is coming with a removable coil cover (65gr). That could be used as a ballast in the water if the coil happens to float.

Without coil cover, it is very light since it is made with glass bubble-filled epoxy as is the 12.5" coil model.

We strongly feel that a coil cover is optional as the back of the coil is made of very hard epoxy.

Le Jag has never used a coil cover for many years without any visible wearing.

and who seems the most perfect (chhh whispers)
with Impulse, its allows you to search for targets
that the others will not hear
and often there is a good one (or more) in the heap

the length of the sound / should make the difference
to tie one of his iron loops on a string
do the same with a gold ring
put them in the sand
and listen to the difference
repeat the test at different depth
a gold ring = always gives a very pure sound
(unless the ring is broken / open ...)

a 1 gr gold ring
and a 20 gr gold signet ring
at the acquisition limit, in identical / compact sand
will give exactly the same signal
the only difference will be the depth .....

soil adjustment / even at zero
remains operational / you must add an on / off
to really cut it at the beach
and then add SAT setting

there is a possibility
switch to volcanic mode
and do some tests with 24k jewelry
in rejection mode / the limit will be the weight of the 24k

but it's still possible
and in some parts of the world
especially in Asia, I advise you to do the tests

you can pass on spots with iron and find 24k
when you are an AQ ...

we should compare in the same sand
from one beach to another salt and conditions change....
but in the end AQ will be deeper :))
