I have a deus and have dug a good amount of cobs and Spanish. 🙂. I didn’t like the nox. But the Spanish comes in about 17 on the tarsacci in a field test.

I want to find silver with the tarsacci....lol! I have found plenty with my deus. I know the tarsacci will be the go to machine sooner or later for me! 🙂

If only those buttons could share a tale or two, I would sit and listen with open ears.
You definitely earned these terrific finds.Congratulations!

Thank you!! 🙂

The Tarsacci is lucky to be in such hands. Ya gotta wonder who wore those buttons?
I always think about the person that touched the item (relic) last. Makes you wonder why so many buttons are always in the ground lol

I have used the DEUS for the last 8 years! I absolutely love that machine! Awesome target separation, thinking the tarsacci would make a great backup machine to the deus....lol!! But now thinking the DEUS will make a great back up machine to the Tarsacc!! lol!!

I am not a beach hunter, but I do relic hunt in VA. I love the Tarsacci in the iron!! I was pulling colonial buttons left and right in an iron patch a few weeks ago. Using the 12 inch coil as well!

Nice find, Tarsacci is great on thin silver coins or worn out buttons.
I use 18k mode when relic hunting, tends to enhance signal on worn thin silver coins, 1/2 dimes and worn silver reales. Conductively is lower on older small silver coins or brass buttons, Especially the tiny ones. 18k will enhance these signals, give it a try.
Congratulations!
PaulI’ll be in a colonial field tomorrow and I’ll run it in 18k. This field has produced cut silver for a few of us. Thanks!

In this part of VA it’s a nice soft sandy soil. I’ve swung the tarsacci in red soil and it was still getting some deeps targets there as well.

Today I went to a site that I was trying to find the rest of a “Civil War gold corps badge”, I found part of it a few months ago with my DEUS....thinking that if any machine will find the rest of it the Tarsacci will find it. - The target separation with that 12 inch coil is pretty awesome! But, it didn’t happen. Not today anyways. But I was in the area we gridded and the tarsacci was hitting some very deep brass and under the iron, that just keeps impressing me about this machine! I know one of the targets was at least 15 inches!
I will have to get a new shovel if this keeps up! I think Dimitar needs to include a taller shovel with every sale of the “Tarsacci”!!
No Silver yet with the tarsacci, but I know thats coming!

The deus is a great machine. It’s completely wireless. Has factory preset programs that can be adjusted, and it is awesome in trashy areas. Target separation is something that the deus is great at. I’m still learning the tarsacci and so far I’m very impressed with its ability in the iron as well.

Good informative video Aaron, a reminder for those not familiar with older silver coins or buttons having lower conductively. Here on West Coast, some of the reales I’ve dug over the years conductively vary especially the tiny 1/4 reales. Deep old worn thin sliver will is hard to get especially masked by iron, shifting to higher kHz helps enhance the signal on these small worn coins or small buttons with lower conductivity.
With the Tarsacci, I’m after these smaller worn out coins and buttons. Always hunt with 18k setting, coupled with the 12” coil it’s extremely deep.
I can’t get the myself to use Disc mode, the audio mostly steers me away. Mix mode is terrific for my type of hunting, maybe on my next hunt will try Disc mode and give it a fair amount of time.
Good informative video Aaron,
PaulI have dug plenty of Spanish Coins and cobs in my colonial sites here in Virginia with the deus, I am looking forward to finding some silver with the Tarsacci.

I was going back and forth with the freq. seemed to be working pretty well in the lower freq in the soft sandy soil. Thanks for the suggestion.

Thank you! I am very impressed with the tarsacci in the deep iron!

I’m not sure about stability however from what I’m seeing and feedback I’m getting the 12” BEAST coil seems to be better at separation in trash than the stock coil....
Aaron
I dug a colonial spot last week in iron and pulled 9 buttons with the 12 inch coil. It’s a great set up.

I think that you are right! Does very well in target separation.

Lots of great colonial saves there...and congrats on all of the success today! Is that a turtle you dug?

Yes. A small turtle. Pin or pendant. Brass bottom.

Nah. Glad to see colonial artifacts. I'm in NE VA. 🙂 Chase has been using a Tarsacci here, really nice machine. Your finds just look so... familiar. Bet there are some backmarks on those buttons. Farmers are going to kick me out of the fields soon, going to have to hit the river, and some other waterfront.

My detecting buddy and I were out last week and he found 2 at that hunt!

Is it just my imagination or is the Tarsacci MDT 8000 a different machine with the 12 inch coil on it?? Just seems to be more stable to me, I ran the machine yesterday with the stock coil, same settings basically in a farm field, just didn’t seem to be the same as a few days ago with the 12 inch.

How ya liking the larger coil? Thinking about getting one for the beach to cover more ground...
It definitely covers the ground. I don’t beach hunt. (Much). More in the fields, and the 12 inch coil had no issues in iron, I was hearing the good targets! I haven’t put the stock coil on yet to try it out. But I plan to soon.

Another Good Day In The Iron With The Tarsacci

Wow!! Mine has never done that….it has blanked out on me, but I figured out that was the battery cover wasn’t on tight enough. I would reach out to Tarsacci or Aaron and ask about that issue.
