As a person who has been doing deep research for many years and has spent many thousands of euros on machines, I have many reservations about the effectiveness of the Xtrem Hunter, the tests done in the video do not prove anything to me, the ground looks even and without ores, which unfortunately in real exploration you do not easily find these conditions...
I have written that under the right conditions both 2 boxes and all pi's can penetrate deep but what they can't do is penetrate when the soil changes composition and needs proper soil balance and that is where these machines fall short.

what prevents you from understanding with a simple vlf if it is a nail or a coin, you will have to pay 7,000 euros to see on a screen that transmits an image from the sound. imagine being alone and having to dig with all that gear hanging around your neck. This machine is aimed at people with no knowledge, I can't imagine any experienced researcher spending 7000 euro for this detector. it is also advertised to find empty spaces, which is theoretically but practically not the case.

I bought a professional resistivity meter to locate caves, while the principle of operation is relatively simple, the interpretation of the readings requires maps of the geological area and knowledge of the resistivity of the materials found underground. my opinion is that in order to have a good interpretation of the data there should be a professional geophysicist or we should have intensively dealt with this method at a theoretical and practical level otherwise we risk reaching the wrong conclusions.

Very nice video. Certainly every target has a different response depending on alloy and ground conditions. I am very impressed that the nf 25dd was unable to locate the target.

the research I do is usually for objects that are at great depth, this particular bronze helmet seems to be close to a meter deep and can be easily located even with a 12*15 mono command. The large coils on the gpx 5000 can actually go much deeper if the metal alloy favors them.

The 2box was also made by garrett many years ago on the gti2500 model, something similar seems to have been done by XP.

if there was a machine that would give the shape of the object believe me i would have bought it, i have spent thousands of euros on professional geophysical machines and i can tell you with certainty that the exact shape of the object cannot be captured.

what the speakers wrote to you is very correct and based on reality.
I'll give you my opinion, I don't know if it's correct but it's what I think, the 5k is a great machine but you should spend a lot of time with it and equip it with the right coils for each use. The targets you will spot with the 5k is a dream for any vlf, personally I have sold all vlf's and am 100% committed to the 5k so my ears are only tuned to the sound of this machine.
if you manage to become one with the gpx then your ears will pick up magnetic iron and noble metals with a high success rate.
if you have appetite and passion to learn this machine then by all means buy it, if you buy it and get disappointed then you are not really ready for this machine.

Most people who say things that don't correspond to reality are definitely trying to mislead and take advantage of newbies who are unfortunately the majority.
in my country greece in recent years many people are active in facebook groups writing things that cause great irritation, these people avoid participating in forums which unfortunately now consist of few people but with real knowledge, the reason they don't participate in the forum is that they have no arguments to back up their words against people who have real knowledge.
unfortunately there is a lot of exploitation behind this wonderful hobby and most of the time it is also the fault of the marketers who recruit these people to mislead with their lies for financial gain...

All the branded companies have reliable detectors that are capable of locating targets, I think as a beginner you should not worry about choosing a detector as long as it is from a reputable company. What you need to keep in mind as a beginner will be how many hours you can spend researching so that slowly over time you will understand the real needs you will ask for from a tracker and then choose the one that suits your research style .
Finally, I want you to know that the differences between detectors are judged in details that are useful only to very experienced operators.

Your device probably has some cheap magnetic sensors, the values it records are completely unreliable.
