I'm testing it on my iron field and works perfectly for me! Is a lot better with better audio. One minus - I think is slightly slower at signal processing... but audio and unmasking and stability are better! Also, iron falsing is lower. Huge progress! 

Iron falsing is the point... and iron performance and how good will be the new audio for deep targets...

For that amount of money, the update should be free. Period. Or you should get a 100% ready and working product so you can pay for new features. I understand it that way.

I can tell only that Manticore performs better than DEUS II with the 0.71 update but the new update 1.0 is ready so... I need to compare it.

Unmasking and audio and iron silencer filter improved which means better iron site performance... so that is the right direction.

The same nothing.... not reply to emails... even with a few different accounts...

No doubt Manticore is a perfect metal detector for me and works very, very well, but that is not for everyone's product... that is another side of the story. The question is how good the update will be...

That is a sad story, but yes. Even personal contact with Minelab members is difficult and almost impossible... they don't answer your emails. They don't care. That is nothing special in big corporation factories.

Yes right, it works. Signal processing is very good from the software side. Masked targets near big chunks of iron are easily exposed and easy to detect. Depth even with Low Conductors and 6 reactivity in mild sand soil oscillates about 25 cm.

With the Low Conductors program - the right value of recovery setting and enhanced audio and simple audio modulation, I can go with 25 sens (maximum, average 22-23) in my iron sites... and it works very well.

Even with masked targets by iron. My ferrous limit upper bar is set to 6 maximum. Yes, it is falsing but I easily understand where is the target and where is iron.

Ok, that setup with concentric Silver Scout coil works very well. MPV3 is easy to set up and works perfectly in iron. Also is good weight balanced.

The audio is very smooth and easy to learn. In my conditions - a lot of iron is necessary to use a single ton and VCO only to check suspected targets.

The LED meter works like a second-hand tool. If you are not sure you can use it to examine what kind of conductor you have under your coil. Single-tone audio is easy to distinguish, iron targets are longer and blurry but low and high conductors work faster and crisp - beep - beep in both directions just click on them. 

When you are on VCO you hear two tones. No place for mistakes even with tricky targets near iron and a fast look at the LED meter to be sure of 100%.

I'm not sure what I need to change with Manticore software right now... I think that is a complete environment and works for me very well, maybe I need some time.

Ok few moments with new 24kHz Silver Scout coil… what is awesome? That machine run very very smooth. You have feel that you control everything… you know where is iron and where are high conductors.

With that iron ferrous limits iron masking is terrible....  from first video...

I miss only a little bit better unmasking in heavy iron. Is good but I want something more 😉 But I'm talking about very hard area to hunt.

They always don't care about it and about you as the customer. I experienced it many times at the largest trade fair in Europe - IWA. You are not the point of interest.

The time will come soon or later... anyway... it could be an interesting match between Minelab... after the D2 update. Dankowski said that Manticore has some special features in the software to analyze a few targets... we see soon.
