US Market is different in the types of target conductors we detect. Europe low conductive hammered. US high and mid conductors. Possible chage in the software is just a guess for the delay?

They do have super disc. but limited depth by today's standard.

V80 and V60 landing in the United States in May. I love my Quest Detectors.

Everything works with no noise issue. Trond 2in one receiver and Monoprice Bluetooth 5 headphone with aptx low latency. Total spent 65.00.

I really like the detector. May keep it around for a week or so. Just me. Hard not to like. I'm a tall man and it will extend just fine. A little top heavy with the stock coil. More later.

The Coiltek elliptical and Nox coils will not work at high sensitivity settings at 5kHz. Detector goes bonkers. Lowered it to 16 is about as high as it will go. 10 and 15 kHz no problem. My favorite program to use is Beach 1 at 8kHz. Sweet. Will use this one on dirt tomorrow.

Decided to do some more testing in my basement only to find my 5 x10 Coiltek and my 6" Minelab Nox coils don't work. 

Connector is correct, and they will air test to just over 1 inch on max sensitivity. (I knew something was wrong as soon as I could max out the sensitivity in the basement.) 

But as they are, they don't function in any way that is useable, I am worried there is no fix, I guess I will be contacting Minelab service. Being able to interchange the coils was my biggest reason to buy it.  😥

I have several buddies who own both the Deus II and the Manticore and the number of nickels they continue to pull from heavily hunted parks is just astounding.  These parks have been hit and hit hard by every detector including the Equinox.  I personally have hunted several of these parks with my Equinox and my Legend and usually come away with a ton of tabs and just a few nickels.  Do you guys think this is due to the expanded TID on the Deus II and the Manticore?  Perhaps the averaging that goes along with lower number TID scales is being nullified to a degree by the 0 - 100 scales on these two detectors.  A buddy of mine dug 11 nickels in an hour and a half at a pounded park yesterday and he said every one came in at a 27.

Cherry picking high conductors is why nickels are a plenty I suspect. The newer machines give you a tighter I D range on low conductors.

Returning the wireless receiver which has noise issues and buying the Trond Receiver. I have Trond Wireless Headphone so maybe this combo will work. Fingers crossed.

The transmitter is very sensitive to the detector's coil cable and control box. You will need to find a place to mount it so you don't hear the noise. Will take it outside and try again.
