someone understood for the many light settings? I would like to know if everything can be turned off completely?
in the mini manual it is written from 1 to 10, so there is no zero?

I hunt beaches at 80% at night without any lights and if this manticore can't turn off the lights completely then it will be without me

I have read somewhere that the screen light is automatic, it adjusts according to the intensity of external light just like mobile phones, hopefully it has an off mode

Over here in Germany, it‘s double the price I‘ve paid for the Nox including a carbon shaft, and well beyond the D2.

I think with that strategy they’ll sell far less, than they did with the Nox.

Maybe they have to wash in some money for all the Nox warranty-repairs 🤠

I‘d like to upgrade, but for that pricetag I yet can‘t justify why.. so it has to wait.

I have the same thoughts as you.  I would like to switch to Manticore but for that price it has to give me a lot of things that I can't do with my equinox.  In Spain I can buy two equinox at the price of the manticore

it's still expensive! why do we pay 400 more than the americans?

    i hope it’s less than 2000 pavos

in some countries it will be somewhat more and in others somewhat less.  According to him VAT from home country and other taxes.  Here we have 21% VAT.  I think it's something else in France no‽

Hello Luis, I'm thinking of going to Tarifa for the holidays in September, do you have any news on the beach regulations in the Bay of Cadiz?

hello.  follow the same theme.  authorization is required.  The only novelty this year has been in the Malaga area.  Now the authorization is for 4 years instead of one but they prohibit searching in the water

  5. I'm glad there is some competition when it comes to pulse detector.  but I really don't think it will shake a company like Minelab even if its new detector has so many problems.  An easy solution that I would see to take away that niche from Garrett is to put a 5000 in the 6000 package, call it 5000+ and put a price of 3000 dollars.  problem solved.  Minelab has the resources to do that

  6. The heat wave has finally given us a break and I took the opportunity to test the detech cc 18 coil today. I was using it with extra sensitivity and a 20 euro cent coin catches it perfectly at a depth of 40 cm.  in both mono and double d.  and to say that the discrimination mode also works in mono mode (we all know what the discrimination of a pulse is like).  I got the same small wires that I got using the commander 11 double d and that I didn't get with the detech spiral of 15, in this aspect the spiral is superior but it is also quite a bit heavier.  quite stable and super light for its size.  definitely a real killer for coins.  In short, very happy with the purchase.  It remains to be seen how it behaves against gold nuggets but I imagine that it has to work quite well too
