From what I understand these are usually hard rock mined underground beneath the exposed “iron cap” but I have found nuggets on the surface of at least one gossan deposit. I’m wondering if it’s worth exploring as a pattern, and what causes the gold to be good at the surface of some of these deposits and not so good at others. 5 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
