gopher
My oldest coin found metal detecting (here in ontario) was a 1913 large cent, with kg5 obverse My oldest coin found coin roll hunting was a 1913 buffalo nickel in like xf condition, it was in a collection dump with lots of 1920s kg5 nickels, but that buffalo nickel might be my best coin, at around a $20 value My best canadian coin found coin toll hunting is probably either a 1991 quarter, mintage less than 500k minted, Or its a 1964 extra water line nickel, a uncommon error, but my 64 ewl is in rough shape, the quarter is in decent shape
NCtoad
Indians are very rare for me. I’ve probably only found around 15 in my 8 years metal detecting. Congrats on a nice one!

Congrats on a nice one! Thanks! I probably have found less than half that number, perhaps only a third. So I am pleased that my D2 9 inch coil found two within about a month and a half. Now I’m going to have to go back over those locations with my new 11 x 13.
