I think it's just the new ears model coil that comes with the 900 is now being included with the 800 and 600 too, makes sense, why produce the old ones anymore?

inside info says something about a chip to reduce EMI, I hope this is not a Prelude to Proprietary Coils on all their machines, if so they will lose me as a customer.

Hopefully it is just smoke and mirrors to actually beef up some weak mounts.
