Short Answer: You can certainly use it as a conventional standalone (i.e., non-wireless) pinpointer with those Equinox detectors but it is not compatible with (i.e., will not wirelessly link up with) the Nox wireless headsets or wireless radios built into those Equinox detectors. Additional TL/DR Tech Nerd info that may make your eyes glaze over or roll back into your head: You can purchase and plug a standalone Z-lynk transmitter into the Equinox headphone jack if you wish to use the Z-Lynk Pro Pointer in wireless mode and hear it through compatible Garrett Z-Lynk Wireless phones (MS-3's) or wired phones plugged into a Z-Lynk wireless receiver. The Equinox 600/800 has two wireless radios - One that utilizes Bluetooth (BT) compatible with the low latency APTX-LL codec which is compatible with many 3rd party APTX-LL headphones as well as the ML wireless headphones included with the Nox 800. The second radio uses ML's Wi-Stream wireless which is only compatible with the WM08 wireless receiver included with the Nox 800. The Nox 700/900 use a different radio that utilizes BT LE protocol that is not compatible with the BT devices that work with the Nox 600/800 and for the time being only works with the wireless headsets included with the Nox 900 and Manticore. Again, none of the Minelab Nox or Manticore wireless radios/headphones are directly compatible with Garrett's Z-lynk wireless components.
