The answer is at the bottom of the page: "You have no authority to use my photos and I will have my solicitor contact you. Belinda Downie Friday 17th of March 2023" Belinda is a well-known coin dealer ( Coinworks ) , Mr Paulsen has just lifted her photos wholesale for his article.
