Steve Herschbach
I got tired of trying to find a piece of aluminum I needed to build my custom ATX metal detector http://www.detectorprospector.com/forum/topic/462-garrett-atx-strip-down-rebuild/ and finally just found it online. I do not know if these guys are a good deal price-wise but they have a heck of a selection and great online process. Check it out at https://www.metalsdepot.com/ You have a great metals supplier, please post them here.

chickenminer
Steve, Just looking to replace screen in some Tyler 8" screens. #8, 10, 14, 20 and 40 mesh. Be nice to find a place that will sell a sq ft.
Steve Herschbach
Could you just use stainless? I wonder how copper mesh would work? Softer than brass but easier to get. Seems like stainless would be the way to go though. roustabout
Check http://www.grainger.com, they have lots of items. I've bought perforated sheet in very small pieces. Haven't looked for screen but they seem to have about anything I've looked for.
chickenminer
I could use stainless but it's harder to work with. Much prefer brass if I can find a reasonable supplier.
