Jed in NC
Made some bushings out of 3/4" delrin rod to use on a Nokta Legend carbon fiber lower to use on my Deus II until I can save up for one of steveg's new shafts. Coil is being repaired so I couldn't show it installed.

I would say he used a lathe to make those since they were made out of delrin rod. Very nice job by the way!

NCtoad was correct, they were turned on a small lathe that I use for making pens and other small projects. Had to sand down the Legend shaft to match the thickness of the original Deus lower. basstrackerman
These are the three pieces I used. You can find them at the local hardware store or on the auction site or Amazon. The flat nylon washer is an eighth of an inch thick the rubber washer is 3/16 of an inch thick and the bushing in the middle I believe is half inch by half inch with a quarter inch hole that all fits together just like it was made for it
Jed in NC
I've been using basstrackerman's solution since I got my carbon lower. It worked like a champ and was easy to assemble and source the parts.

Does it have the same cross section as the OEM shaft, or did you have to modify anything there?

The cam locks very tightly on the nokta shaft making it very secure. The only thing I wish it had were the numbers and hash marks like the xp lower does. I took a sharpie and made a mark at the length I like to extend it, so not a big deal.
