The old water wells saw a Lot of traffic. Around here most have been filled in to protect the cattle & stupid people. It seems a shame given how important they once were & how much hard hand labor it took to dig them. Another long gone important fixture was the outhouse. Lots of traffic to & fro, day & night. Draw the lines connecting with the rest of the structures & hunt the old footpaths.
