I got hooked detecting back in my college days early 1980's.... early up to the beach to find enough change to buy breakfast and ended up in Northern California gold fields where I found my first gold.... Never looked back.... it's been a big part of my spare time since then.... Living in Southern California I hit beaches, deserts, mountains and belong to a few mining groups as well to network and go on adventures.... looking forward to more learning in here and hope to meet some of you out there in the open air!
