Not trying to cause steveg to miss any sales, but I think some White's lower shafts work with some Tesoro coils. (My TDI and Vaquero, for example.) They use different diameter bolts (nominal 3/8" for White's and 1/4" for Tesoro) but I think you can deal with that.
kac
Thanks GB will have to measure it. Worst case scenario I'll just machine one up.

Worst case scenario I'll just machine one up. kac, I've never built a shaft for a Tesoro machine, but I'd be willing to give it a go if you need me to. What I would need to know is the diameter of the Tesoro lower rod, and a very accurate measurement of the width of the lower rod (the "clevis" or "head" that fits between the coil ears) WITH washers installed... kac
I could do that when I get to that point, shouldn't be tough. Other option is I could machine up the connector for the coil end and ship to you.
mh9162013
Neat teaser review! I'm definitely interested in that shaft. I have a possible Etrac coming my way though, so I'll have to make sure that doesn't work for me before I invest heavily in my Equinox. But assuming I do, I'll probably be getting one of Steve's shafts...
