Greetings from Rappahannock County Virginia. Started with a MetroTech in the late 60’s, then Whites up until current, now I mostly use D2 due to my age and it’s ergonomics. Early on I focused on CW relics but over the years I’ve expanded to enjoy digging in general. I’ve been lurking about the D2 forum for a fair bit and have really come to appreciate all of your contributions so thank you all very much, it’s been extremely enlightening.

Welcome! I'm relatively new to the hobby but jumped in feet first, and now I'm up to my neck 🙄

I too use the D2 here on the Northern Neck of VA, loved the Equinox but haven't looked back (much)

CW relics are few and far between here, but colonial stuff is everywhere. I've dug Spanish silver right out my front door. 😀 Not anymore...
