Sinclair
Yesterday I went to my presumably last hunt before christmas. I didn't have much time, it was raining and stormy, so I've choosen a nearby beach.. no hope in finding anything really. Turned out to get a relatively decent hunt. 1,20€, 14 DM, one super thin 925 ring, one 925 earring..: .. and a real stunner (at least for me 😄 : 2 Skilling (silver), Christan IV from ~1640 ~400 years, just lying and hiding in between modern trash and a 1 DM coin. Still super thrilled about that find!
F350Platinum
Congratulations on finding the über old coin Sinclair! 🏆 Hope you find an even older one, I doubt I'll beat 1607, but you have a much better chance. 😀 Great hunt and best wishes for the coming Neujahr. 🥳

Bingo!

Unless someone brought some really old coins and dropped them, I will never find an older one 😀 Your coin has a rarity index of 97 on Numista, few are more rare than that. https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces313337.html Bravo! 👏 🙂

There are definitely older things to be found over here - but not so much in my area and especially not at the beach, I guess. Time to get on the fields again .. I need some permissions 🙄 The coin seems to be relatively rare, indeed. Currently there's one on Ebay located in Israel ?!, 2 in a german coin shop and that's about what I could find at first glance. Years ago there where some auctions, but not much further info. 2 hours ago, CPT_GhostLight said: Awesome finds again Just to be clear / honest: I do find a lot of trash on every hunt, too, which I don't always picture.. my little Pull-Tab-Assortment is growing again 🥸
