Hard Prospector
When placing an ad in classifieds, sometimes it will not upload the photo(s) this past month. Then if I try again a day or two later, upload no problem.
Steve Herschbach
That may be more an internet connection and timeout problem if the images are extremely large. Reducing the image size will most likely solve the issue. Anybody who needs a very simple photo resizer should check out Simple Resize: Simple Resize for Apple Simple Resize for Android My favorite PC based app is IrfanView Portable which is so fast and compact it can run from a memory stick. More than a resize app, I do all the photo editing for my website on IrfanView and MS Paint.
Steve Herschbach
I think I figured it out. There is a reason Apple hates Flash (a type of video format, often used for ads). Some of the banner ads load as Flash videos on a PC. Can't happen on an Apple device since Apple does not allow Flash. Anyway, if one of those Flash banners loads, that is when I see the problem. Flash can be blocked via settings in Chrome. I am not sure about IE as I do not use it anymore.

Steve Herschbach
Yeah, Flash for sure. I fiddled around and could make it start and stop. Disabling flash will stop lots of annoying little ad movies from starting automatically when up when you visit websites. tvanwho
IE locks up constantly at work on this forum but if I enter from Google Chrome, all is well. Seems to be ok at home with Win 10 and IE tho. Maybe its the firewall at work? -Tom V.
