  4. I dont remember who mentioned that but while you are saving or holding for a new machine from Brand A Brand B is selling less or no machine..... clever move RR
  5. I am personally waiting for the Version which i could use on the Thames, knowing a lot of Mudlarks i doubt any of them will buy a machine of this type.Meaning more yellow stuff for me.But as i do a fair lot of beach combing too, a beach version will be helpful asap. But the sands at the moment is a pain, and hard compact gravel beaches are tough.....2 hours of hard digging this morning ate 30% of my stamina. RR
  6. Thanks for that!!! we are all fluent in French,Spanish,Swahili,German and Bangladeshi ,Phrunt speak some patois from Locals in NZ Lets IMPULSE!!!!!!!!!!! RR
  7. Well i stand in the middle i got cut (loss of sounds) with both, even with the small box pinned on my shirt or t shirt collar.......when i kneel it cuts even with the wireless headphones(again this morning).... The other i use my G5c (which is a PI) with a Trond wireless transmitter ($20)and some Marshall wireless headphones($70) and no problem at all.............. RR
  8. Yes my mate retuned my lobos and now it is very good.............i think you can do it on a few machine and unlock a few cm of detection which in some case transform the machine. RR

  11. In the meantime i may do a PI session tonight on the beach with my G5c LTD twicked by Alexandre and now equipped with a TDI coil the best of 3 worlds.....probaby gonna find jack shit but a bit of fresh air won't hurt RR
  12. I like this spade but the more holes you got the less the scoop/spade will last, but the least it will stick to the bottom of the hole........i am talking of course deep wet sand ........here a lot of detectorist are using transplanting spades: https://scotsdalegardencentre.co.uk/product-341465.html I am always happy to try new scoop but remember it needs to be fit for the job and protect/save your back and be able to reach those deep elusive targets.... RR
  13. So the official launch of the new range of Fisher Gold prospecting dedicated machines will be launch in Addis Ababa lets book our tickets!!!! RR
  14. I agree, while Marketing strategy is something every company is entitle to his own, consumer have to be receptive right?? A question i ask myself often is :is the US market the biggest in the world for metal detectors??Followed by Europe,Australia, Africa???? Or Detectorist in the US more inclined to buy whatever is new???(Thats of course just a supposition),or maybe something more deeply personal psychologically like lets find relic on our soil with made a homemade machine??? RR
  15. I will get one if i find more Gold in the next few weeks ................and i am waiting for other Fisher developments ,regarding new machines thats for the Thames............ GO FISHER GO!!!! RR
  16. Hello i am not yet and expert but here are a few tips to unleash the power: 1)Slow sweep 2)Good GB 3)Reactivity as low as possible 1/2/3/ and pinpoint in 4 (even ) i think you are talking an inch every time you slow down the reac 4)With the large coil think you will get an inch extra 5)All metal ON may grab another inch there Hope that help large copper coins here(UK) at a 1 foot easy i think you should be able to get around 45cm on large coin, but the machine will sound like 1 way signal no double beep,i remember reading something like that about the MINELAB QUATTRO where the software was restricting the machine. Keep us upadted RR
  17. I agree with you Matey i spend a lot of dosh in the last 12 months to punch deeper than the competition,i spent also countless hours looking for elusive Gold jewellery (the Covid19 situation didn't help but thats for everyone),but the ratio is not what i expected so from this week i am changing strategy less money on gear more time looking at the beaches configurations.Whatever machine will come out i ll wait ......................................................a bit ????? RR
  18. Welcome to my world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Thing is everywhere you go in my houseS there are machines or coils everywhere..........not mentioning sand scoops, spades, picks ,mattocks, pickaxes, wellies jackets and hats ...........my tax is :i need to get involve in cryptos ?? this morning i made 25 euros she asked ,if you went out today i am not sure you will have found 10 ?????can't argue so i went to paint the bedroom RR
