  1. Brandon, lost his case here in California. To me this is terrible. I guess this will go to the federal level now. http://www.courts.ca.gov/opinions/documents/S222620.PDF

  4. One of my friends claims we have, we are on a limited operating period. Can only work from October 1 to June 15th. From the yellow legged frog. Ask if they seen any frogs here. The FS reply was, no not here but over the ridge, but it is suitable habitat. So basically a frog might jump through here. Total BS.
  5. This is a great response. Had to share. http://www.reptilesmagazine.com/Owners-Response-to-Govt-Request-to-Access-Property-to-Count-Yellow-Legged-Frogs-is-Priceless-trending/
  6. We plant 100 brass tokens in this huge 40 acre or larger field. Nothing deep. You have 5 hours to find one. If you find one, you turn ot in. After the hunt, we call your name, you draw a poker chip numbered between 1-100. #1 gets the best prize. But we are at approximately 15 detectors now. Between the $500-800 range. There is also a kids hunt too. All kids got a detector last year.
  7. Getting more sponsors by the day. Got Detectoraid, Roaring Camp, Robs Detectors, 3 AMRA memberships

  12. I live in Portola. It is not so much at this end of the county. But the western end and foothills. Where it is more rugged and remote and little lower elevation. Have no use for this ruining our forests.
