phrunt
You did a great job getting the paint off, but its strips off the details of the part at the same time, You'd really need to contact Minelab service unless they can't help in your country. One of the Aussies that tinker with detectors maybe able to identify the part for you and would be worth making contact with. https://detectormods.com/ https://www.detectronicsaustralia.com/ They do out of warranty GPX repairs so likely can identify the part.
Toms
If you have the numbers I would also like to know, in order to Upgrade my detector. I was listening to one of the Detector Mods videos yesterday and I wrote down the number he quoted LT1011. Cannot verify this is correct.
Dutchman4
The two devices you have circled appear to be 8 pin devices and most Mosfet's are 3 terminal devices. A LT1011 is a 8 pin device but it is a voltage comparator and not a Mosfet. Data sheet attached. LT1011.pdf

Minelab .. would have scrubbed the part no and then painted it ...

Manufacturers typically dont remove the part information before painting or applying heat sink or anything like that. In addition to the part number there is also a date code and sometimes a location code for the wafer fab it was made at or a revision code. This is all very valuable information if there are field failures or a product recall or a safety concern with a product that leads to an investigation, so in my experience chips are normally never scrubbed.
Geotech
Minelab has routinely removed part numbers in the past. Less so now. The FET is an SI7464.
