White's 5900 Di Pro Sl 'improvements'?

In my quest for finding a schematic for the 5900 (in the title), I have come across one for the 6000.

Can anyone tell me what difference there is, between the two.  Can I use this to continue, or do I still need to find this specific model's information?

Or should I ask in another thread/location for this specific schematic?

This fix was rather simple. These are popular machines. I have my original 1986 6000 Di Pro.
