Garrett Out Of Warranty Customer Service

I just spoke to a garrett tech about possibly sending my atx in for service and or repairs. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.  He told me anything out of warranty is $40 for ALL labor and INCLUDES shipping back to the customer.  Any parts would be discounted 35%.  He also said they had a trade in program. If you trade in a garrett or whites,  they will give you 35% off any new garrett detector.  Even at msrp, that puts you at about $3000 for an axiom. All in all, I can say, that is some of the best customer service I have seen from any company involving any type of product. Garrett is earning my respect quickly, and that's not all that easy to do.
