Mike54
Thanks Chris for the great pics. Found another pic of Jen's & my gold finds from our 2015 WA trip, so I thought I would share this here with you all. We were using GPX4500, SDC2300 & GPZ7000 to find these nice nuggies. Cheers. Mike.

I hope it was worth the effort! Started of with a quiet signal took a bit of digging to reach target Finaly got it out 1st bit followed by a deeper signal more signals And more signals being nuggety gold bearing quartz And more signals All the quartz is giving of signals and most is yet to be crushed waiting for a rainy day but at this stage its a case off still working out if return for effort will be worth it. Trouble with nuggety gold bearing quartz there can be a lot of digging before the next signal

Popular Post madtuna
Some excellent gold in this thread. I normally don't post many pics of gold for a couple of reasons. 1, I got sick of seeing it turn up on someone elses farcebook page and 2, because I live isolated and by myself I don't really want too many people seeing what I might have and pay me a visit for the wrong reasons. I don't mind posting pics of stuff I've sold or am selling though. This is a specimen I found a few weeks back. Was having a piddle and spotted it on top of the ground winking at me. Contained 25.5 gr if I remember correctly. I called it the piddle patch and it's still producing, so far just over 3oz. This is 10.5gr from the patch a couple of days ago Not too far from there I hit a decent patch that produced a fair few sizable bits last year and still has more to give up. This is one I parted with that went 95gr
