Here is a picture of the TDK headphones I purchased last week ... They dont use Bluetooth ---instead they use KLEER tech....(not very popular) But i think they will work better than BT The headphones and transmitter each use 2-AAA batteries----which will be a negative to Steve aka-- "ALL AA"----lol Happy hunting! paul

I am from the school that thinks air tests are good enough to see if your detector is turned on..... I believe there is something intrinsically different about a target that has been in the ground for awhile and a target that has been recently put in a hole to test... I think a target in the ground has a halo around it from leaching (or some other phenomena)....that cant be reproduced by burying a coin or nugget. Field testing rules...

I would love to see a video from some of you using your 2300 in hot ground...just to see if mine is out of whack or if it is just me... I want to know if mine is making more noise than everyone else's. I could also let you all listen to mine...that may be easiest....I will post a video when I get back to Reno....I'm down in SoCal today... Thanks paul
