I am new to Metal Detecting although, I did try it years ago. I am now retired with time and a passion to pursue the hobby again. Living on the Gulf Coast there are many areas to search.  I was gifted a Bounty Hunter IV metal detector. It is a good beginner detector.

Welcome to the forum and yes I also have the Tracker IV detector that I like.

They do hit a lot of coins and other items and can go anywhere wit you. I also have the Nox 800 that my grandfather left me that I enjoy using for gold and other items in the water.

We all love to read about the hunts that people do along with pictures.

Ask questions and get the knowledge that others can pass on to you, and if you can answer questions for others that would be welcomed.
