Going by the design i would say that date 1903 would be about right,a really lovely find.

Unfortunately it has some scratches on it. It was probably originally a charm on a bracelet. The other side has initials engraved on it, LP.  My wife's initials before we married were TLP!  No chain was found with it.  I had my Jeweler fit it with a chain to match so it can be worn.  Still, what would look much better after 100+ years in wet ground?

The overall design with the beaded boarder is very nicely done.
