It looks like a volcanic tuft or breccia or caliche with lots of quartz/quartzite fragments. Kimberlite can definitely be a yellowish color when it has been exposed on or near the surface of the earth for awhile. Otherwise it is usually a grayish blue. It does not have large fragments of quartz like your specimen. Neither do the vast majority of meteorites which have very little or no visible quartz.
