I’m originally from Mississippi but moved to Texas after dark and the next day went got me a pair of cowboy boots. Strick I know what you’re talking about. Before I could get all my coins my X wife got into them and she took most of my rare coins that I’d found and collected. Chuck

Rick In 65 I built a detector from a kit . Then in 66 a White’s BFO . Then in 72 a White’s TR . Not sure on the White’s 4900 not when are how long. Then in 92 a White’s Eagle 11 until late 90’s. Theses detectors found the major coins I’ve shown so far . Minelab was the first coin detector after all the White’s I had. If I remember correctly it came from Gerry. Chuck

Here’s a dollar I found sticking out of the ground. I’ve never tried to unfold it.

Just something for show . My wife gave this to me years ago.

I have have some Indian head pennies I need to find. I’ve never found a large cent but did find a half cent . Hope one day to find a flying cent but that’s just miss me so far like others. Chuck

Some of you may never seen these coins called 1943 steel pennies. I can’t say I dug them all but you put them all together not sure what was . Some you can see that are dirty and others have rust they for sure they were dug.

Here’s some coins from Canada as you can see. Some I did dig but not all but too long ago to remember what.

Here’s a odd ball . I don’t think I dug this because I have another similar to it. I’m talking about the backside of the coin .

The last bag is just whatever.

The forth bag has Some Roosevelt dimes.Some as in all Roosevelt.

The third bag has Jefferson nickels. When I say I got more I’m not bragging .I just do. I think I said this before but if not everything you see here I dug but all the dirty ones you see I did .

The next bag has wheat’s and I have lots more of them but just got to dig them out. One time I took a fair size bag of them to the bank . Why I done that so someone would have the pleasure like I did finding a wheat.

Here’s the first bag . You can see it’s got some Buffalo nickels. At the bottom is some V nickels. One is a shield nickel to the right at the bottom . I’ve got more for show and tell but got to find it .

What you see next is bags of coins but we’ll open them together. I just don’t remember why I put them in there.

With me it was always the adventure not the value of the treasure. This treasure chest my X wife had made for me when I first got into detecting. It has been full more than one time. I know I sold silver out of it on two different occasions . What you see here is just some of the coins I’ve found.

They say the proof is in the pudding. I’m pudding you not that’s a great find for the first time out. Chuck

Joe all these years I have yet to find a gold coin are a 1909 S vdb but did find a 1909 vdb in a wheat. I still find a wheat in circulation ever blue moon.haha Chuck
